 At Exit "Torgiano / S. Martino in C." exit E45 and drive west toward San Martino in Campo

 follow the main road to the west and turn left at the circle toward San Martino in Colle

 in San Martino in Colle, turn left and then right toward Pila

 in Pila, turn left at the traffic light for 4,7 km (2.9 miles)

turn right to San Biagio della Valle

enter the village and continue to the stop sign on via Giacomo Matteotti after about 1,2 km (0,8 mile)

turn left at the stop sign in the centre of the village and follow the main road (via IV Novembre) around the church

continue through the village in the direction of Castillione della Valle

angle right just after you leave the village corporation limits onto a gravel road (600 m = 0.4 mi from the stop sign

follow the road when it makes a sharp turn to the right

turn left at the Tee (450 m = 0.3 mi from the turn onto the gravel road)

take the third right from the Tee (150 m = 500 feet)  (including the private entrance) into a farmyard and follow when it angles left through the farmyard

after about 450 meters (500 yards) from the turn you will see the gate and the house at the end of the road, and
